STIDC Seminar hall or better known as "Theatrette" is located at first floor, West End of Podium Block, Wisma Sumber Alam. Synonymous to its name, the hall becomes a vanue for seminar as well as for STIDC staff assembly. The air-conditioned hall is equiped public address system, stage, rostrum and ever-ready seats for 180 persons.

It has a maximum capacity of 200 persons including additional chairs. The theatrette is rentable to the public at the following rates :

Day	Hour (Duration)	Rate
1/2 Day	8.00-12.00pm	RM 300.00
1 Day	From morning until evening or when the duration covers morning (From 8.00 am and axceeds 12.00 noon)	RM 500.00

The rate covers all the facilities in the theatrette excluding refreshment.

It is managed by Administration Section with the corporation of Building Maintainence Section.
