ISO
published the third edition of the ISO 9000 series
on 15 December 2000. All organizations that were certified
to the second edition (ISO 9000:1994) were given until
31 December 2003 to convert to the latest standard.
PUSAKA
achieved its MS ISO 9002:1994 certification in 2001.
In line with the call for the Malaysian Civil Service
Sector to convert to the latest standard, PUSAKA started
its conversion project in August 2003.
The conversion project involves the

ISO 9001:2000 Awareness training program for all process
owners and relevant personnel :6 & 7 August 2003.
Reviewed the current Quality Management
System (QMS) documentation against the new requirements
and prepared the required Quality Manual and Procedures:

of PUSAKA: 21 & 22 October 2003.
Internal Quality Audit Training
