NEW TIMBER GRADING REGULATIONS, 2008 AND GRADING INFORMATION SYSTEM MANUAL

Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri has approved The Timber Grading Regulations, 2008 that come into force on the 1st January 2008. The Regulations will be implemented effective 1st June 2008. All parties concerned can obtain the New Regulations here.

An electronic information management system, currently in the final stage of development will be available to all competent timber grader. The system was developed to manage data systematically pertaining to grading activities by competent timber grader registered with STIDC. The user guide manual for the system is available here.
